Lynn Aleruzzo should not be licensed. My daughter also went to Lynn for a non-dui evaluation. Lynn gets away with it because she doesnt turned the evaluation into the courts The parents or person does either knowlingly or unknowingly giving up their rights to privacy. They cant even mail the report to you. At her office they taped it to the outside door for us to picked it up and waited until the last minute to give this report. Once it is turned into the courts it goes into that person's file. My daughter never signed anything at court or her office given written permissiion or verbally to share private information about their conversation during the interview. My daughter says Lynn left alot out of the intereview and it looks like she just picked out things from her notes which my daughter says were not correct. I asked my daughter if she taped recorded the conversation and she said no. Lynn even went as far as to put in the report for the courts: dates,places my daughter was at, etc. Lynn also put me in the report what I said when my daugter's interview was done and I walked in to get her. I think she does not follow the code of ethics. It is my understanding that if courts want to know what was said during the interview they need to either have written consent from my daughter or the court can order lynn to give it up. My daughter told me that other friends have had this evaluation and all it said on the report for the courts is if they feel she is a high risk, medium, low, what their appearance was, manners, and recommendation. Lynn does not look out for the clients best interest. I am filing a complaint with the IDPR (Illinois Department of Professional Regulations)

Evaluation
My son went to her to get a non dui evaluation she felt he was being honest and said she was going to recommend now further treatment in the evaluation. Guess what she lied she put in the report that he had an abuse problem. Don't go to her she lies just to get more money.
